It's now 38 years since the US and Soviet Russians were shouting at each other Publicly with no Diplomacy. The temper of those times moved me to interject words into the Official Veterans/Remembrance Day commemoration on November 11, 1985 in the hearing of the Governor-General of CanaDa, the Prime Minister, the Military Brass and the Ambassadors of the Nations.

The Declaration portended to the current US WAR with Russia over Ukraine in NATO, and the genocide happening in Gaza.

As for the Gaza genocide, I tweeted this to Biden's National Security Advisor this morning;

POWER CORRUPTS. In your POWER bubble you think the people are stupid! From what I saw and heard in the SOTU Biden has prepared the way for Trump. Building a pier to Gaza is BS when Biden can stop the Gaza genocide immediately. Stop the weapons and cash to Israel

Thank you for sharing that link to your article. I wasn’t aware that Canada pioneered relations with Beijing. I can imagine how the White House was furious. We are quite fortunate to have lived in such an era, when people actually could stand up to the powers that be, and even sometimes win. How did we get to where we are today?! This question vexes me almost every day.

I wish Trudeau had some backbone like his father had, and not be such a weak obedient vassal to the US.

After Soviet Union was split in 1991 peoples of Ukraine, Russian Federation and Belarus used to live together in the unite cultural space on the place of Great Russia of Dostoevsky, Pushkin, Gogol, Tolstoy and Bulgakov. Maybe so would have been by now if only the blood cookies not to be gift by Victoria Nuland to some Ukrainian rebels in 2013-2014. I think it was a tricky plan.
