Dr. Robert Malone vs. The New York Times: Holding the 'Thought Police' Accountable

Whether Ukraine or Covid, most major media often lie. Increasingly desperate, they use character assassination against those who speak Truth to Power. Dr Malone fights back, threatening legal action.

The major media’s role in spreading deadly disinformation about Covid-19 and Covid vaccines has been well-documented. However, merely spreading false information is not enough for the major media, which increasingly uses its immense power of persuasion to viciously attack anyone who questions their narrative.

Today, the corporate media are the ‘thought police’, doing the dirty work of the ruling elite. The Gestapo and KGB physically eliminated their regime’s enemies. But in the USA, the ruling Party, with help from the media, destroys people’s reputations and careers, even driving some to suicide.

Before we discuss the topic as stated in this article’s title, let me give you background about myself. Some of you know me personally, but many do not. I have 30 years experience in the international media, in a wide range of capacities.

Most relevant for this article, from 1998 to mid 2002, I wrote for The New York Times as a correspondent in St. Petersburg. I was a features writer, covering a wide range of topics. In addition to St. Petersburg, I traveled across Northwest Russia and earned a reputation as a thorough researcher, thanks in large part to the fact that I actually got out and talked to people and listened to their stories.

I didn’t report and write my articles based on press releases and telephone interviews, as many journalists did back then, and still do today.

In the first half of the year 2000, I was the first western journalist to interview a Russian hacker. Other scoops included being the first western journalist to investigate the life of Russian leader Vladimir Putin, who grew up and later worked in the city government of St. Petersburg.

Working for The NY Times is a dream come true for any young journalist. It was a great honor and I proudly represented the newspaper and upheld its standards of integrity and honesty.

Therefore, over the past decade, with tremendous regret and shock, I watched The NY Times turn into a mouthpiece for the Democratic Party. Sure, The NY Times always had a liberal bent, but there were strict standards. That all changed in 2009 when Obama entered the White House. Henceforth, The NY Times and most major media became dutiful servants of the radical liberal oligarchs of the Democratic Party.

One of those tasks today is to carry out ‘hit pieces’ against people who doubt the wisdom of the ruling elite and its corporate sponsors. For example, in July 2021, The NY Times went after Dr. Joseph Mercola who was and still is very active in the health freedom movement, speaking the truth about Big Pharma.

Journalistic ‘hit pieces’ are articles intended to destroy a person’s credibility and career; especially targeting influential and capable professionals who threaten the power and privilege of the ruling elite. In addition to physical repression, the Bolsheviks pioneered this form of psychological warfare in the 1920s, as they tried to discredit all institutions connected to Imperial Russia, such as the Orthodox Church.

By the way, I myself was the target of a Washington Post 'hit piece'. In September 2019, WaPo journalist Christian Caryl contacted me after I gave an interview to a major Russian TV station and criticized U.S. foreign policy. Mr Caryl had me on the phone for 30 minutes and tried to trip me up and get me to say something compromising.

Well, first of all, when you live in truth and integrity, you have nothing to fear. No one can ever trip you up. Second, Mr Caryl is an amateur. Next time I hope they send a professional. I enjoy the confrontation and chance to speak Truth to Power.

But moving on to Dr. Robert Malone… Let’s go back to spring 2020. As you know, like all major media, The NY Times promoted the idea of an allegedly incurable virus called Covid-19. Next, in 2021, the major media, lavished with cash from Big Pharma, began to promote a highly experimental and untested Covid vaccine for this allegedly incurable disease.

As most of you know, in mid 2021, Dr Malone (photo above) was one of a number of top medical experts, who under great threat to their careers and professional reputations, dared to express doubts about the official Covid vaccine narrative. Dr Malone himself was in fact jabbed. Hence, his doubts about it.

Because of his work decades ago in developing the mRNA platform used to deliver the vaccines, Dr Malone is a whistleblower of sorts. Though he worked decades in the belly of the Big Pharma beast, he’s now a leading health freedom advocate, often invited for interviews by opposition media.

Dr Malone, along with Dr Peter McCullough, have single-handedly turned the tide against Covid vaccine extremism. You might remember Dr Malone’s appearance in mid January on the Joe Rogan Show, speaking to tens of millions of people who hadn’t heard the truth about Covid-19, Covid cures and the dangerous Covid vaccines.

I’ve never met Dr Malone, but I’ve seen his interviews. As a veteran media expert, I can discern and conclude that he’s a man of integrity. At the very least, The NY Times should respect his opinion and not attack him for “spreading misinformation about the virus and vaccines on conservative programs”, as it recently claimed.

Ah yes, that’s Dr Malone’s great crime in the eyes of The NY Times — Doubting the Covid jab’s effectiveness and cavorting with Conservatives is a horrible thought crime.

The NY Times thinks Dr. Malone is a dangerous man. Well, in some ways, that’s true.

Dr. Malone’s intellectual integrity and passion for the truth is dangerous for Big Pharma profits; dangerous for callous and greedy politicians; dangerous for corrupt CDC and FDA bureaucrats who should protect people but instead, have subjected them to experiments that killed tens of thousands and injured millions.

On April 3, 2022, The NY Times published a profile of Dr Malone written by journalist Davey Alba (photo above), titled The Latest Covid Misinformation Star Says He Invented the Vaccines. Ms Alba met with Dr Malone and betrayed his trust. She misrepresented him in an article intended from the start to be a ‘hit piece’. She never had any desire to be objective and compassionate, as a real journalist should be.

By the way, this is not Ms Alba’s first scandal. In March 2021, she was caught spreading disinformation about the anti-communist newspaper, The Epoch Times. But Ms Alba never apologized or was disciplined by The NY Times.

Well, yesterday, Dr Malone said that “a line has been crossed”, and his lawyer responded with an ultimatum to The NY Times and Ms Alba, charging them with “defamation, defamation by implication and insulting words.”

“The Article contains false and defamatory statements of fact of or concerning Dr. Malone… In addition to the above false statements, the Article misrepresents Dr. Malone’s credentials, role and achievements in the development of mRNA technology and vaccines,” says the letter to The NY Times from Dr Malone’s lawyer.

“Demand is hereby made for an immediate public retraction of the false and defamatory statements in the Article, a written apology, and compensation for the presumed and actual damages suffered by Dr. Malone, including the insult, pain, humiliation, embarrassment, mental suffering and injury to his reputation.

“My client wishes to resolve this matter amicably and without litigation. If you refuse to take the above action within 30 days of the date of this letter, or if the retractions are insufficient, he intends to take appropriate legal action to protect his rights and interests,” concludes the letter from Dr Malone’s lawyer.

Bravo! Finally, someone will serve justice to these purveyors of disinformation and agents of character assassination. Alas, how sad for me to see that the once great newspaper, where I worked for over four years, is now a weapon of psychological violence for the Democratic Party and Big Pharma.

This must stop. Today.
